Bike Tech 's Daily Cycling Tip

Ride At Home – If you love to ride but can’t seem to find the time, consider cycling at home. All it takes is setting your bike on an indoor trainer and being determined to use it. This set-up allows riding when it’s dark or miserable outside. You can also watch videos or listen to music while spinning. Plus, you can even keep an eye on the kids if you need to. And, riding indoors is every bit as good for fitness as pedaling outside.
