Why Cycling's The Best Exercise

Pick your own cycilng pace. It's all good!

With cycling you get to pick your pace! Cycling intensity levels range from gleeful joy rides to foaming-at-the-mouth, all-out efforts and anything in between. This ability to choose your perfect pace is what makes cycling so much fun and so accessible to just about everyone. And no matter how you choose to ride you enjoy cycling's many wonderful benefits!

Cycling Glossary - Word of the Day

This is a term that describes a condition found on rear wheels equipped with cogs. Because these take room on the hub's right side, the rim must be centered over the axle instead of the hub. This requires tightening the right-side spokes more than the lefts. If you look closely, you can see that the spokes on the right side are more perpendicular to the hub than the lefts, too. This is called "dish."

Bike Tech 's Daily Cycling Tip

Double-Check The Trailer Hitch - When attaching your trailer be sure that the hitch is securely fastened. Most models include a safety strap, which maintains the trailer/bike connection if the hitch loosens. Make sure both devices are connected correctly and securely.
